– – Primary Purposes: (i) for identification and verification purposes, (ii) contact, (iii) to include you in the process of recruitment, selection and/or the hiring of your professional services within the affiliates or subsidiaries of SOLZTECA ROOM, (iv) to give attention and follow-up to job applications without representing any employment or any other kind of link, (v) interviews.
– Secondary Purposes: (i) Once the selection and recruitment process has concluded in all its stages, to contact and verify with the people whom you have put as labor references of you, your work background and moral solvency; (ii) to promote your personal data for vacancies; (iii) inclusion in the catalog and databases of candidates, prospects and workers of SOLZTECA ROOM and/or its affiliated companies and/or subsidiaries; (iv) for advertising, promotional, marketing and/or commercial prospecting and market research purposes; (v) surveys.
By providing us with your personal data you expressly accept and acknowledge the content and scope of this Privacy Notice, which may be modified from time to time, and give your consent for SOLZTECA ROOM to proceed with the processing of your personal data in the manner explained in this Privacy Notice.
Refusal to the processing of personal data: If you do not want your personal data to be processed for any of the purposes indicated in sections 1 to 3 above, you can refuse your consent from this moment by sending an email to the Privacy Committee of SOLZTECA ROOM, in which you specify the purpose(s) for which you do not want us to use your personal data. We inform you that you have a period of five working days to express your refusal; after this period it will be understood that you accept that your personal data are processed for each and every one of the purposes set forth in this privacy notice, on the understanding that at any time you may request the refusal to process your data in accordance with what is stated herein.
What personal data we obtain and from where: For the purposes stated in this privacy notice, we may collect your personal data in different ways: when you provide it to us directly; when you send it to us via email and when we obtain information through other sources that are permitted by law.
The personal data we collect from you when you register on our website are:
– Identification and Contact Data: Full Name, Federal Taxpayers Registry (RFC), Unique Population Registry Account (CURP), Social Security Number, Marital Status, Sex, Date and Place of Birth, Nationality, Home Address, Address of offices or establishment (in the case of customers and suppliers), Home and cell phone, email, Personal References.
– Sensitive Data: Not applicable.
SOLZTECA ROOM will adopt the necessary security measures to ensure the security and confidentiality of your personal data, in order to avoid its adulteration, loss, consultation or unauthorized processing, and to detect deviations, intentional or not, of your personal data. Only those strictly authorized persons will have access to your personal data, whether they are workers, employees, directors, officers or agents of SOLZTECA ROOM (“Authorized Persons”).
ARCO Rights (Access, Rectification, Cancellation and Opposition).
You have the right to access your personal data in our possession and the details of their treatment, as well as to rectify them in case they are inaccurate or incomplete; cancel them when you consider that they are not required for any of the purposes stated in this privacy notice, are being used for purposes not consented, or oppose the treatment of these for specific purposes. Likewise, you will have the right to request the limitation of the use and/or disclosure of your personal data as indicated in this section.
The mechanisms we have implemented for the exercise of these rights are through the submission of the respective request in the Committee / Department of Privacy SOLZTECA ROOM located in Mexico City, or contact the phone +52 (0155) or via email to info@solztecaroom.com asking you to confirm via telephone the sending of your request to ensure proper receipt. The submission of your request by any of the aforementioned means must be made from Monday to Friday from 9 am to 6 pm, and must comply with the requirements set forth in Article 29 of the FLPPDPI.
The Privacy Committee of SOLZTECA ROOM (Solzteca Eventos S.A. de C.V.) will communicate within 5 (five) business days if it requires additional information to the request submitted and you will have 10 (ten) business days to provide the information requested by SOLZTECA ROOM, in the understanding that, if you do not provide the information within the aforementioned period, the corresponding request will be considered not submitted.
Means of response. The means that SOLZTECA ROOM (Solzteca Eventos S.A. de C.V.) makes available to respond to requests submitted will be as follows:
– Email: the request to exercise the ARCO rights and/or the request to limit the use and/or disclosure of your personal data, must include the email to which you wish to receive a response.

Revocation of Consent.

To do so, it is necessary that you submit your request by any of the means mentioned in this Privacy Notice, to the Privacy Committee or Department of SOLZTECA ROOM (Solzteca Eventos S.A. de C.V.). Your request must be accompanied by the information indicated in the FLPPDPI law and will be answered within the deadlines referred to in Article 32 of the aforementioned law.
Options and means to limit the use or disclosure of Personal Data. You may also limit the use of your Personal Data by registering in the Public Registry of Consumers provided for in the Federal Consumer Protection Law.
Transfer of Personal Data.
You agree that your personal data may be transferred without your consent, in the cases provided for in Article 37 of the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties. Likewise, you acknowledge and authorize that your information and personal data may be shared with our service providers, customers, business partners, contracting companies (understanding as such those mentioned in Article 15-A of the Federal Labor Law), insurance companies, and any other third party, with whom SOLZTECA ROOM has a legal relationship whenever it is necessary to share such information for the purposes of this Privacy Notice.
